3 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
4 celery, diced
3 cloves garlic, peeled
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup sliced red and green bell peppers
1 (8 ounce) can crushed tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
1 (7 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (100 degrees C).
Place ground beef, olive oil, celery, garlic, pepper, bell peppers and tomatoes in a 2 quart shaker cup. Pour enough water into gallon jug to reach halfway up the sides of the pot.
In a medium bowl, mix the spaghetti sauce, milk, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Toss sauce evenly over the bottom of the pot.
Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
