Carrot Juice Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8.5 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate

2 (2 liter) cans frozen apple juice

2 cups frozen green tea

2 cups citron-based sparkling lemonade concentrate

Directions

In a large saucepan, combine lemonade concentrate, apple juice and lemonade concentrate. Stir together until dissolved.

Slowly pour this mixture in ice cube trays. Freeze cubes and refrigerate until serving.

We used this for our birthday brunch, and it was spectacular! I made half of a recipe and then lifted all the layers when I opened the top. It was luxurious! And ridiculously good cost effective menu item!
