3 cups milk chocolate chips
1 (2 ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (4 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 cup vanilla sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 pint cream cheese, softened
Place chocolate chips and cream cheese in the bottom of a double boiler or saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until chocolate is melted. Cool slightly.
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with vanilla extract. Spread over chocolate layer. Chill until firm. Divide cream cheese into 2 portions.
In a large bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold cream into whipped cream. Whip cream until stiff. Fold cream into whipped cream again. Fold cream into whipped cream. Beat until stiff. Spread over chocolate layer. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
