1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 cup fresh ginger root
1 cup chopped fresh citrus fruits
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup rinsed and dried rice noodles
In a large container or bowl, heat vegetable oil, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir continuously until all citrus fruits are covered. Stir citrus juice into the pan along with water and chopped fruit. Add vinegar, white vinegar, sugar, olive oil, vanilla, and Celtic sea salt. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low. Reduce heat to medium. Heat to medium. Add soy sauce, salt, rice, citrus mixture, and lemon juice. Cover, and simmer in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Remove pot from heat. Place rinsed and dried rice in bowl. Allow to cool slightly. Rinse with hot water.
Remove chili pepper from liquid in saucepan and reserve for garnish with desired fruit. Toss noodles with chili pepper sauce and turn over. Transfer to serving dish. Repeat with meat mixture and noodles. Top with desired fruit.
