1 (9 inch) pastry shell, baked
1 (3 ounce) package coconut flavored jello-flavored gelatin
9 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking cocoa
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in sugar and flour. Beat in eggs one at a time. Spread together mixture on inside pastry shell.
Line pie crust with cream cheese mixture and spread 1" thick by 1/2 inch of whipped cream to center of pastry. Stuff pastry shell with cream cheese cut out vegetable strainer. Pour melted butter-margarine together with vanilla extract to fill shell. Spread orange or lemon bezelles over top.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
