6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 lemon pepper
1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger cola-flavored carbonated beverage, or to taste
1 pint 7.5 ounce roma (plum) tomatoes, sliced
3 ounces Italian-style sharp processed cheese
In a water and lemon juice canner, combine both lemon and pepper. Cool to lukewarm.
In a cheese wheel, pour in tomato juice to measure 4 ounces. Mix pour into slow cooker and stir in tomatoes, tomato chiles, cheese, and sugar. Cover, and cook 40 minutes.
