1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup brown sugar
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/3 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, brown sugar, and chicken until well blended. Transfer this mixture to a serving bowl.
Place chicken breasts in the bowl. Place rice vinegar over the chicken and leave the bowl uncovered. Add oil and toss to coat. Serve over chicken and rice salad.
