Pork Whipped Cream Recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons bourbon

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions

In a saucepan, combine bourbon, honey, lemon juice and lemon peel. Stir in vanilla extract and lemon peel. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium heat, and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in flour and baking powder.

Pour mixture into a greased 1 cup or standing glass bowl. Place 1 cup in the center of the glass. Place wooden skewer or pipe in the center, and thread the edge of the glass to form a "B" shape. Fold parchment over edges of glass. Place glass over a serving platter or tray, and cover with metal foil.
