4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 teaspoons dried thyme, dried and chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon white sugar
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
In a medium skillet, combine garlic, ground beef, onion, parsley, salt, onion, herbs, thyme, sage, rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika, sugar, chili powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly combined.
Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and paprika. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
