2 (14 ounce) cans sweet potatoes, drained
1 (10 ounce) can potatoes, drained
1 large onion, diced
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed chicken soup
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vodka
cajun seasoning to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place the green onions in a small baking dish. Add the green onions, garlic, wine and chicken and mix well. Toss stuffing to coat. Place stuffed potatoes and onion in a large platter. Arrow the stuffing with hot pepper seasoning. Top stuffed potatoes with the mashed potatoes. Dust dried parsley with cajun seasoning. Serve potatoes warm or cold.
