Hoppers Applesauce Bourbon Glass Trench Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (13 ounce) package HERSHEY'S Hershey's Peanut Butter Chips™

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 cup vodka

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup white sugar

1 (12.5 ounce) can evaporated milk

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Sheet metal foil, if desired, to prevent spreading.

In a small saucepan, combine peanut butter chips, vanilla extract, vodka, butter, vanilla,  white sugar and evaporated milk. Mix gently on medium heat until mixture heats, but not boiling when stirring. Cool slightly. Add mixture to pie crust and spoon mixture over peaches. Cover edges of crust with foil.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes and refrigerate covered.
