Very good and easy. I followed the recipe exactly and it was all right. I followed the recipe exactly because I wanted to make Asian food for my family and I did not have any dried Szechuan pepper. I found a packet of powdered Szechuan pepper at Whole Foods and I will try it. I will update this review again when I have used it.
