Irish Stout Brown Ale Recipe

Ingredients

1 gallon red wine

1 pint beer

1 liter rose orange liqueur

1 liter orange citrus-flavored drink mix, such as "Zesty Jigger Punch"

Directions

I added a doll of cream cheese and rolled up the sugar cookie layers. Indeed! This is really good--funny, clever, delicious, and simple. However, I would have added more cream cheese & possibly a little graham. That would have made it a little deeper, but I think that would have made the cookie too thin. Personally, i think that if i lay down the cookie layers hot, they melt at once & are looser in bite-sized pieces. And they are much better with the whipped cream & sugar cookie topping added on top than without. My fiance loved them--worry not--they are perfect! I will definately make them again!!
