1 cup margarine
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
1 (18 ounce) package frozen white panda food
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pans. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, brown sugar, and 1 cup water. Mix in the 1/2 cup water and panda food until blended. Stir in the remaining water, mixing just until.
Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan. Turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
This recipe is so different! Mine did not mix well with cream. I poured the batter into circles and fried them until crisp in about 1tablespoon of butter. Then added jam because what's better than a hot chocolate cone without the risk of burnt fingers?
