1 tablespoon Mexican-style seasoning
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 (15 ounce) cans sliced ripe olives
1 large tomato, chopped
1 (20 ounce) can refried beans
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F (250 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan, mix Mexican-style seasoning, cheese, pepper, onion, olives and tomato. Place on a baking sheet. Place the cheese on top and spoon the refried beans over and pressure seal the lid onto the pan.
Beat together the eggs and sour cream.
Bake in preheated oven for 5 to 6 hours or until juices run clear. Serve warm or cold.
