1 (16 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 ripe avocados - peeled, cored and chopped
Few drops hot water
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons honey
1 (1.25 ounce) bar chocolate glaze
Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions for a 9x13 inch pan. Prepare pastry for cookies.
Prepare the cake mix and butter together with the cream cheese and sugar. Combine the honey and vanilla, pour the two mixture into a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Add the avocado and cover with cold water, and cook over medium heat until the liquid has slightly been reduced by the addition of water.
Cook the cake in the cold oven for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring wildly during the last 30 seconds. Allow it to cool before serving.
