1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

3 stalks celery, halved
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 piece chifritos, chopped, for garnish
4 (20 ounce) cans sliced pinto beans, drained
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Grind chicken breasts, celery, bell pepper and salt in food processor or blender. Crush pinto beans with 1 tablespoon salt; sprinkle with garlic powder and white sugar. Mix flour into chicken, celery and pepper. Transfer to prepared baking dish; transfer chicken (broil) into baking dish (broil turkey, pork or shrimp). Garnish with cheese if desired.
