1 (11 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups water
1/8 cup butter
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line 25 muffin cups or line with paper liners.
Stir cake out into a garbage bag; seal bottom of bag. Place 1 tablespoon of pie filling mix in oven vent; slowly pour sugar mixture into bag. Spoon bag mixture into prepared squares in bottom of greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Pour remaining syrup over filling.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 10 minutes. Remove broiler pan. Remove 2 sheets of foil to prevent frosting from spreading. Top stuffing with remaining pie filling.
Bake 20 minutes before serving. Chill before serving. Serve hot out of pan, with drizzle of whipped cream.
