2 tablespoons egg substitute
3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon prepared Dijon-style mustard
10 slices bread
1 (24 ounce) package sharp striped Swiss cheese
In a medium bowl, whisk together egg substitute, water and sour cream until smooth. In a small bowl, whisk together hot sauce and lemon juice. Pour mixture over chicken while whisking. When chicken is done, turn it out onto a serving platter, and arrange Swiss cheese slices on top lightly. Sprinkle top with bread.
