This is a wonderful pie! The taste of the crust is wonderful, I put a little bit of conf. rice in the crust, and even then loved it, because then the next day when I put the pie back in the oven it was different -- it was different in color, I think because I cooked it in the oven for so long. I did use the butter, and some whipping cream, because I was lazy. I only changed one thing: I substituted white chocolate 20% for the white chocolate, and I left the remaining chocolate (white chocolate %) at 50%. That made a difference: The pie was incredibly delicious, and I want to eat it soon. Thanks!
