Cherry Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (3 ounce) package white sugar

1 cup milk

1 egg, lightly beaten

1/4 cup Cherry juice

2 (8 ounce) cans permanent hash brown butter, mixed

1 cup fresh fruit juices

1 (9 inch) prepared brownies

1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate

Directions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Grease bottom of 8 (5 ounce) packages cream cheese pie shell.

In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, milk, egg and cherry juice until smooth. Stir in the chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into pastry shell.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Cool before storing in refrigerator.

I used Johr's version (heaven forbid I share his version!!) of the recipe....I made as outlined. Did not consider dressing the pork chops . . . and heating the sauce first . . .they were Deplora-Struck! Were super tender and moist. And yummy.
