I didn't think it was as easy as I remembered but I would have made it easier by currying in my mini-skillet first. I didn't measure out the hot sauce but used Frank's and I loved it. It was a little expensive for just a couple of tablespoons but I was willing to shell out the full amount for just a couple of bites. Will make this again.
