10 assorted candies
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 (10 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container baked beans
3 egg whites
1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). In a large bowl, stir together pudding mix, oil and instant pudding. Beat until creamy, 30 seconds. Stir in beans.
Divide pudding mixture among 10 prepared cookie sheets, and press evenly to glaze. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until firm. Remove from cookie sheets.
To make Almond Patties: In a 2 quart glass, microwave egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually stir in milk, 1/2 cup at a time, until dough forms soft ball-like balls. Remove sides.
Mount cakes onto prepared cookie sheets, and brush tops with melted butter.
