2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups dried corn kernels
1/2 cup green corn kernels
1/4 cup dried onion
1/4 cup dried green pepper
3/4 cup dried pineapple
In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium heat. Soon stir in corn, green corn, onion, peppers and pineapple. Reduce heat and stir until just blended, 20 minutes.
