1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (10 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms
1 3/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mushrooms, and Cheddar cheese. Chill in the refrigerator 4 hours or overnight, but preferably overnight.
Remove the stuffed mushrooms using a slotted spoon or knife, and arrange in a shallow dish. Discard remaining sauce, cheese, cream cheese, mushrooms and mushrooms. XS/Mint/Strawberry Peanut Butter Frosting (see Note); mix with other ingredients.
