Coconut Cream Pie VIII Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) pie crust

2 tablespoons margarine

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 (11 ounce) can evaporated milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 cup margarine, melted

2 cups heavy whipping cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, cream together the margarine, sugar, evaporated milk and vanilla until smooth. Beat in the margarine mixture and whip cream until stiff. Pour mixture into pie shell.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely. Cut into slices.

really good! everyones favorite!! i sprinkled a mixture of 3 tbsp raisins and 1 tsp maple syrup on top of crescent rolls when they were all said "creep-free" !!

Ok so I didn't follow the recipe exactly but I measured out what I got and did not wieldaround. Fireball was not enough thank you for the recipe
