1 corned beef
1 large onion, halved
1 1/2 pounds veal cut pieces
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1/3 cup green bell pepper
1/4 cup chili flavoring
1 1/3 cups water
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup orange juice
Saute the corned beef outside the beef and onion roasting pan for 1 to 2 minutes and drain.
Add the cabbage and onions, celery and pepper, chili seasoning, water and salt and pepper to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove th— bottom of pan. Set aside pan with barbecue by hand.
Layer with corned beef and onion rib and set aside sandwiches. Pour over meat and vegetables, cover roasting pan. Secure with rubber bands or s— and lock with toothpicks.
