Stuffed Chicken Breasts Recipe

Ingredients

1 egg

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

1/3 cup white sugar

1 tablespoon prepared Dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Melt the egg in a small bowl. Stir in the oil and stir until the oil is evenly distributed over the top of the egg.

Sprinkle with the vegetable mixture, mix well, then mix in the vegetables, bread crumbs, sugar and mustard.

Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish and broil for about 15 minutes, flipping once, until no longer pink.
