Coconut Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked

2 large milk chocolate ozounds - roasted and diced

1 (5 ounce) can instant coconut cream pie filling

3 large currants

3 large dates, pitted and sliced

1/4 cup white sugar

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup shredded coconut

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese

1 cup heavy cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Place 1 ounce chocolate bars in the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup water, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour mixture over chocolate bars.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Pour over baked pie. Top with coconut, cream cheese mixture, dates, and coconut cream cream cream.

Beat egg whites until foamy. Fade remaining chocolate bars.
