1 teaspoon butter
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar for decoration
1 teaspoon lime zest
1/2 teaspoon rum flavored extract
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease muffin cup or line with paper muffin liners.
Place the strawberries in a large saucepan and place one half in the top of the serving dish. Sprinkle the strawberry jam over the top.
In a small bowl, mix confectioners' sugar, lime zest and rum extract. Pour about 1 teaspoon jam over the top of the sliced strawberries.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown. Serve warm.
