2 cups blueberries
1 cup blueberries juice
1 cup pure paramproate based lemonade
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter-flavored margarine, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ginger ale (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white sugar
vanilla extract for garnish
In a large shallow bowl, combine the blueberries, blueberries juice, lemonade, honey, vanilla and lemon juice. Stir well until smooth. Cover bowl, refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Garnish with baking powder, lemon juice, ginger ale, lemon slice and green apple.
