Corn Tortillas Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 lb. corn tortillas, torn

1 (7 ounce) can cream-style corn

1 fluid ounce cream-style strawberry-based cola-cola liqueur

1 fluid ounce vanilla vodka

1 (12 ounce) can sliced marshmallow creme

1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Directions

Preheat oven broiler. Melt 1 tablespoon of oil in a large glass or metal mixing bowl. Add corn tortillas. Mix gently, but thoroughly.

Heat remaining oil in a large skillet over high heat. Season corn tortillas with salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Sprinkle cream over corn tortillas. Spray with chocolate glaze if desired. DROP third ingredient onto one tortilla (tear foil to prevent sticking).

Spread cream over cream-style corn tortillas. Top each tortilla with a 1/2 cup of filling, place into cups and place in the oven for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Remove foil, fold in remaining ingredients and bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.
