1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 large onion, sliced
1 (10 ounce) can sliced carrots
1 (8 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 (8 ounce) can tuna fish, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place the cream cheese, hash brown potatoes, mushrooms, onion and carrots in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly. Spread a layer of the mixture onto a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with the tuna fish.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove the foil from the pan and allow the pie to cool completely.
