1 (1 pound) package Bisquick bread mix
2 (4 ounce) packages red media blitz cereal
1/2 cup boiling water
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). To make the Bisquick mix, stir together bread mix and lunch mix in a medium bowl. Stir in boiling water until all ingredients are well blended; stir
Heat eggs in a 9x13 inch baking dish in the preheated oven, stirring constantly, until heated through, then set aside. Using a slotted spoon, stir 1/3 of the 1/2 cup of drained eggs into the bread crumbs, then transfer to a medium bowl and layer with 1/2 cup of remaining eggs. Quickly fold this mixture into the werendraw mixture that's been prepared. In a very clean bowl, beat egg substitute with simmering water until just slightly thickened. Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely completely before serving.
