2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, diced
5 green onions, diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried cardamom
6 small tomatoes, chopped
5 medium peppers, seeded and chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in onion, green onions, garlic powder, basil, cardamom, tomatoes, peppers and salt. Saute until vegetables are soft.
