1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup chopped cooked ham
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in milk, whipping cream and eggs. Mix in pudding mix and pecans. Beat until well blended. Fold into pie. Spread mixture into pie crust.
Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, until crust is golden brown. Cool completely before serving.
