8 pounds jerky
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 2/3 cups beef broth
1 (10 ounce) can microwaved instant rice
In a medium bowl, combine the vegetable oil, water, Worcestershire sauce, apple vinegar, butter and beef broth. Mix together well. Place chicken in the mixture along with the rice.
Microwave chicken in microwave for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. The chicken should be well coated and it should be cooked through.
