Orange Glaze Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O

2 cups boiling water

1 (3 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice

1 1/2 cups orange juice concentrate

1 cup orange juice concentrate

1 cup cranberry juice concentrate

1 cup miniature marshmallows

Directions

In a medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Remove from heat and stir in crushed pineapple with juice and orange juice concentrate. Mix vigorously.

Pour orange juice concentrate, orange juice concentrate, orange juice concentrate, cranberry juice concentrate and marshmallows into medium saucepan. Mix well. Allow to cool slightly.

Changes I made: I used butter instead of shortening; I softened the butter by heading to the mixer and smoothing it out; I condensed the whipping cream on the tops of the eggs; and I halved the sugar. These are big and hearty and deserve a lot more love than I gave them. I'll be putting these in the refrigerator to figure out what to do with next time I make them. UPDATE: Made these exactly as posted and they turned out awesome! Thanks for the recipe!

That was great. The squash was beautiful but firm. The sauce was lacking.
