2 cups cooked white wine
1 cup water
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme
6 potatoes - peeled, cubed and cut into thin wedges
In a saucepan, combine white wine, water, onion, salt, garlic paste, oregano, basil, parsley, thyme and potatoes.
Bring to a boil over high heat and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
