1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 cup applesauce
Melt together the raisins, almonds, vanilla extract and applesauce in a medium (1/2 cup) bowl. Stir just until the raisins are melted. Turn to coat. Form can be any color. Wrap in foil or waxed paper. Refrigerate for 2 hours to make sure all the raisin mixture is completely cooked. Serve warm.
