1/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (8 ounce) can fruit punch
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup chopped bananas
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped chocolate nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small saucepan, butter or margarine, combine sugar and pudding mix. Bring to a simmer and pour over pudding.
Remove from heat, stir in milk and egg. Mix until all ingredients are heated. Beat in pineapple juice and fruit punch. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese and bananas into pudding mixture until spreadable. Fold in whipped cream and sugar mixture. Spoon mixture into 9 inch square pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly. Serve warm.
