1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 drops hot lemon juice
In small bowl, combine cucumber, pepper, onion and salt.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and saute together for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender.
Stir in lemon juice and cook on remaining hot skillet for another 3 to 5 minutes, or until heated through and pasteurized. Chill before serving.
