1 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup white sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and corn syrup, mixing just until. Beat in the vanilla. Combine the chocolate chips and semisweet chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
