Fish Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1/3 cup white wine

1 tablespoon vinegar

3 tablespoons cold lemon juice

2 stalks celery, sliced

1 squash, halved

1/4 bunch green onion, sliced

3 ounces frozen mixed dressings

8 slices smoked Sirloin or sharp white cod

8 ounces shredded Swiss cheese

1/2 cup white wine

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

Combine wine, vinegar, and lemon juice in a cocktail glass. Garnish with celery slices, squash, green onions, and cheese. Serve chilled.

This salad was amazing. I didn't have reds, I used regular cooking tomatoes and I also didn't put the cucumbers in the oil, I put them in a bowl with a towel to drain the juice. I put the cucumbers, red onion, and olive oil back into the bowl with the fish and stirred it all together. I didn't take the photo with the tilapia, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Thanks for a nice salad everyone.
