1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup low-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken breast meat
1 cup cooked and cubed chicken thighs
1/3 cup chopped celery
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onions and saute for about 5 minutes, or until garlic is tender.
Add the celery and saute for about 3 minutes.
Add the chicken, celery and cauliflower and saute for about 2 minutes each, or until chicken is browned.
Slowly cook noodles with the olive oil in a small saucepan until al dente. Drain the noodles and stir them into the sauce.
Serve hot pasta with chicken, celery and cauliflower!
