2 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley
1/4 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon white vinegar
1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/8 teaspoon salt
20 green onions, sliced
In a medium bowl, mix parsley, onion and soy sauce. Sprinkle vinegar on top and stir in mustard. Rub green onions on top of cucumbers and lettuce. Serve at room temperature.
