2 zesty water fountains
2 cups fresh, peeled tomatoes
1 1/2 cups sliced green onions
1 1/2 cups fresh orange zest
1 (16 ounce) can sliced sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons coffee granules
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 cup crushed saltine crackers
1 cup cooked honey roasted peanuts
1 cup chopped celery
In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil and stirring constantly, bring water to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in tomatoes, orange zest, green onions, orange juice, sweet pickle relish, coffee granules, basil, salt, rosemary and crushed saltine crackers. Cover, remove from heat and whisk in peanuts and celery. Pour into larger bowl.
Pour sauce over steamed food and refrigerate overnight.
