1 pound small white fish
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons hot brandy
1 caplova, sliced
In a small saucepan, blend Worcestershire sauce and salt. Place fish in bottom of glass dish. Pour Worcestershire sauce over fish, adding water if necessary to just cover. Top with paprika, garlic powder and hot brandy. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator and let fish marinade stand in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Remove fish from marinade, and place in oil for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove fish from marinade, and fry in oil until golden.
