1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 (10 ounce) can cream of crabmeat, drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
In a medium skillet, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, crab meat and onion. Cover, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium, and stir to loosen.
In a small bowl, whisk together the celery, green bell pepper and crushed red pepper flakes. Spread this mixture over the rib chops.
