Yogurt Cream Cheese Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) pie crust

2 eggs

1 1/2 3/4 cups butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (15 ounce) can whole milk yogurt

2 tablespoons milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch springform pan.

In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy. add melted butter and mix with vanilla.

In a small bowl, combine yogurt, milk, salt, lemon juice and water. Mix with hands until the mixture is smooth. Pour mixture into pie crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Cool before serving.

I wasn't able to help but notice that my husband had added a roasted red pepper to the avocado toast. I did not attempt to grill this as I felt it was unnecessary. It was unintentional and will be removed before the recipe is revised. Thank you for the heads up!
